I think the person in the gym deserves the break more. Physical exercise can be extremely demanding, and without proper rest, it can lead to fatigue or even injury. While the person outdoors is likely enjoying a peaceful moment, it seems more voluntary and less of a necessity compared to the man in the gym who truly needs to recover before continuing his workout.

I think shopping at a supermarket is better when it comes to buying fresh products like food or groceries because you can see and touch what you’re buying. However, for things like electronics or clothes, I prefer online shopping because it’s more convenient and offers a wider variety of options.

I believe the family meal is much more essential for building relationships. It’s during such moments that people truly connect, listen to each other, and develop a strong sense of belonging. While the boy’s carefree eating is fun, it’s more about individual enjoyment than creating bonds with others.
