It’s full of life and energy, with numerous street vendors selling delicious local food, traditional handicrafts, and souvenirs. You can also find historical sites like Hoan Kiem Lake and the Temple of Literature, which are must-visit places in the city.
What is the difference between life in cities and life in the countryside in your country? Life in the cities, like Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, is very fast-paced and convenient. On the other hand, life in the countryside is much more relaxed and peaceful. People live closer to nature, and there is a strong sense of community. Would you prefer to live in your own country or in another country? I would prefer to live in my own country, Vietnam. I feel a strong connection to the culture, traditions, and people here. However, I am also open to the idea of living in another country for a period of time to experience a different culture and lifestyle. It would be an enriching experience, but ultimately, I see myself returning to Vietnam.
Can you describe some of the shops in your town? In Hanoi, there are a variety of shops catering to different needs. You can find traditional markets like Dong Xuan Market, where vendors sell fresh produce, clothing, and household items. There are also modern shopping malls like Vincom Center and Lotte Center, which offer a range of international brands, restaurants, and entertainment options. What subjects do you enjoy the most? The least? I enjoy mathematics and computer science the most because they challenge me to think critically. I find history less interesting because I struggle with remembering dates and events.
How long have you been studying English? I have been studying English for about eight years. I started learning it in primary school and have continued to study it ever since.
